Dr Veronica Vatiliotis

Veronica works collaboratively with clients to improve functioning using evidence-based treatments. She works mostly from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework, although uses a range of therapeutic modalities depending on clients’ needs. Veronica has been working as a psychologist for over ten years, with the past eight years in private practice in Randwick. She has also worked across research, university counselling, and hospital settings. Veronica has experience in many areas, with a special interest in anxiety and depression.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science from The University of Sydney. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is also a Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) supervisor to allied health professionals and students in training.

Dr Veronica Vatiliotis is currently on maternity leave.

Dr Georgina Avery

Georgina is a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who values collaboration and openness. While Georgina has worked with a variety of age groups across the lifespan, she is passionate about working with children (0-12) and their families. She has over 10 years of experience working as a psychologist, predominantly at child, youth and family mental health and community health services. Georgina is guided by a Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) framework. She believes in developing a shared understanding of a client’s concerns and using this to apply evidence-based treatments.

Georgina holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Wollongong and a Doctor of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science from the University of Sydney. She is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and is accredited for Cool Kids and Cool Little Kids. She is also a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor for psychologists at all levels of development.
